Ms. Winfrey’s vision for the OWLS Program is to award scholarship grants to graduating high school students to help them pursue higher education at accredited U.S. colleges and universities.
Our goal is to lift up and support students who have demonstrated academic merit, the potential to excel, aptitude for leadership, commitment to service, and economic need. We know that transcripts and report cards never tell the whole story.
