    Hello Maloy,
    I want to ask you about your experience on The Golden Stag song contest in Brasov Romania

    No, I wasn’t at the Golden Stag Song in Romania. Is this with Captain Jack? Maybe it’s with the other female singer.

     

    Did you enjoy our traditional food ? If so, what did you like ?

    I was in Romania but with a live band & we performed for a big Company event & it was organized by this famous singer that was in Eurovision in , I guess. Angel Luz or something. Anyway, I can’t remember what we ate at that time. But it’s more like not the typical Romanian food. We ate bread & meat, I think.

     

    You are said to have done some backing vocals for eurodance project Le Click, which track did you sing on ?

    All of the songs on the album. I did the background & dubbing vocals.

     

    Was it with Kayo Shekoni or with Melanie Thornton ? How did you get chosen to become Captain Jack's vocalist ?

    It was with Kayo. The CJ producers were looking for a new female singer.

    Five next albums were released together with Illi Love. In , the project was put on pause by its producers due to the sudden death of Franky Gee.

    The band reunited in with Bruce Lacy and Jamie Lee as its members. The style of the first single “Turkish Bazar” released on the 18th of September was a mixture of dance-pop and hip-hop that was significantly different from the original style of the band’s music. The new album “Captain Jack is Back” was released not long after it, on the 17th of October.

    In , Jamie Lee was replaced by the winner of the first season “The Voice of Germany” Laura Martin. In , the album “Back to the Dancefloor” was released. It consisted of the remixes of the most popular Captain Jack’s songs and new singles.

    Currently, the band consists of Bruce Lacy and Michelle Stanley. In , they gave 80 concerts all over Europe. In the beginning of , the band started working on its new album. The teaser for the future single was released on the 4th if February. In the beginning of May , it was announced that the band is going to shoot a videoclip in Germany. Pulse Music TV nominated the band for Best of YouTube
