Ciara Princess Wilson[1] (see-AIR-ə;[2]néeHarris; born October 25, 1985) is an American singer, songwriter, dancer and actress. She was discovered by record producer Jazze Pha in the early 2000s, and rose to prominence with her debut studio album, Goodies (2004). Its namesake lead single (featuring Petey Pablo) peaked atop the Billboard Hot 100, while the follow-ups, "1, 2 Step" (featuring Missy Elliott) and "Oh" (featuring Ludacris), both peaked at number two on the chart. The album received quadruple platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), and received two nominations at the 48th Annual Grammy Awards. Ciara also guest appeared on the 2005 singles "Lose Control" by Missy Elliott and "Like You" by Bow Wow, both of which peaked at number three on the Billboard Hot 100.

Cierra Alexa Ramirez (born March 9, 1995) is an American actress and singer. She is best known for playing Mariana Adams Foster in the Freeform television series The Fosters and reprising her role in the spin-off series Good Trouble, which she also co-executive produced with co-star Maia Mitchell. Her accolades include an ALMA Award and a GLAAD Media Award nomination.[1]
Early life
[edit]Ramirez was born on March 9, 1995, in Houston, Texas.[2] Her father, Sonny Ramirez, was a music producer and her mother, Cris Ramirez, was a kindergarten teacher. Ramirez was raised in Sugar Land, Texas, and attended Westside High School for two years before moving to Los Angeles, California. She graduated high school through a home-school program to allow her to pursue her acting career.[3]
